Ingredients

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

  • 1 cup Qram flour
  • 1/4 cup Dry Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Sesam
  • 1/4 cup Red chili powder
  • 3 teaspoons Salt as per taste oil

Method of preparation

  • First of all, add salt and I teaspoon oil to the flour, knead the dough with warm water and keep it covered for three hours.
  • Now put dry coconut, red chilli powder, sesame seeds and salt in another bowl. Mix all these mixture well.
  • Roll out the roti into a thick and thick dough. Now put the pre-made gram flour mixture on top of the roti.
  • Roll the bread round. Wrap the bread and keep it on the side for 10 minutes.
  • Now fry the roti in oil. After frying, cut it into your desired shape. Your Gujarati Bhakarwadi is ready.
